Waste Efficiency has recruited a new operations manager to join their expanding team based in Worcester.
Ben Russell has just joined the team and will work as Operations Manager to oversee the operations function for the company.
Ben brings a wealth of experience and expertise gathered from his previous employment in the Software and Technology industries. He is keen to use his skills to help contribute to the growth of the business going forward.

We are delighted to welcome Ben on board and look forward to working with him in the coming months to build on our operations strategy.
When not at work Ben enjoys playing football for a local 7 a side league, socialising with friends and is currently learning lots of new skills in renovating a Victorian terrace house. Ben also founded the Severn Sounds Festival in Worcester which has now grown into an annual event taking place in June. The festival raises money for a local charity.
