Operations Coordinator (Worcester)
Location: Worcester
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day waste and cleaning services for clients
- Manage supplier and customer scheduling to keep services running smoothly
- Maintain IT systems — service records, compliance docs, reporting
- Issue regular customer reports and share job data with finance
- Support field-based teams with everything they need to deliver
What We're Looking For
- Organised and detail-oriented — you don't let things slip
- Confident communicator across phone, email and in person
- Comfortable with IT systems and data entry
- Team player who takes ownership of their work
- Previous experience in operations, logistics or facilities is a plus — but not essential
